Hi, I'm Joi Schweitzer - one of the very few Black female airline pilots in the world.

But more than what I've flown...is what I've walked through.

After two decades in aviation, I've learned something most people never talk about: The hardest place to take off from isn't the runway, It's the weight of burnout, self-doubt, and misalignment we carry on the ground.

Now, I help women... just like you...reset their altitude. 

Because even the strongest woman can start to feel stuck. You've done everything "right", but something inside you still feels like you're circling your purpose without fully touching down. 

I'm here to remind you: You weren't born to stay grounded.

MY STORY

My journey started in the sky, but my calling was grounded in helping women find their way back to their voice—with strategy, self-belief, and God-given clarity.

There were moments I lost mine.

Trying to be the strong one.

Carrying it all.

Keeping it together for everyone else… until I couldn’t.

But in those seasons, God gave me a new assignment:
To help other high-functioning women come home to themselves.
To stop outsourcing their worth.
To land their boldest goals with intention and truth.

So, I created a framework for clarity, courage, and daily momentum—what I call The Rise Method™—to help ambitious women build their next chapter on purpose, not pressure.
